I led the redesign of our App Screen Takeovers to align with our updated branding and improve efficiency. The original design had a curved edge, or "swoosh," that was being phased out.

Process
- Brand Alignment: Removed the outdated swoosh to align with our evolving brand identity.
- Automation & Efficiency: Streamlined the creation process, enabling automated takeovers instead of manual coding by the Development team, reducing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by two days.
- Design Consistency: Standardized the logo size to match our bonus tokens. This simplification of design workflows ensures a cohesive appearance across all advertising products.
- Improved Layout: Adjusted the header structure to create more space for copy, providing clients with greater flexibility while maintaining a consistent format across ad placements.

Results
- Reduced launch time by 2 days through automation.
- Created a more streamlined design system, allowing assets to be reused efficiently.
- Provided clients with increased ad space, enhancing message visibility.
